At Zuri’s Beauty Collective, we carefully prepare each order with attention and care.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days excluding weekends and holidays.

During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Zuri’s Beauty Collective is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.


Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays may occur that are outside of our control.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, weather disruptions, or transit issues.

However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping concerns when possible.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:

  • the item,
  • packaging,
  • and shipping label.

We will review all claims individually.
